An over the top erotic work in the form of a theatre script. Friend evokes the "most notorious libertine of Charles II's court", John Wilmot, second Earl of Rochester, Baron Wilmot of Adderbury in England and Viscount Wilmont of Athlone in Ireland (1647 - 1680).

This edition of 'The Farce of Sodom' is limited to 250 copies of which 240 only are for sale. The 10 non sale copies were held as the artist's copies. This is one of those copies.
