| Paul Thompson's photographs are constructions in which he places the book and therefore the poem into the landscape. In a sense the work is self reflective. All the poems contain a reference to photography just as all the images suggest a depiction the poem. This is the core of the collaboration between the photographer and 37 New Zealand poets. | |
